đĄ Check this page regularly. A device or sign-in you don't recognize is an early warning that someone else may have access to your account.
How to open Device Management
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
Select Device Management from the left-hand menu.
The page has two sections: Connected Devices and Recent Activities.
Connected Devices
This section lists the devices that have signed in to your account. Rise groups devices by operating system and country. For example, all your sign-ins from Windows in Brazil appear as one device, even if you used different browsers or networks.
Each device shows:
Device type and operating system, such as Windows or iOS
Status: Active (currently signed in) or Offline
This device: the device you're using right now
Blocked: a device you've blocked from signing in
Location and IP address
Last active date and time
Your current device appears first, followed by active devices and then offline devices.
Disconnect a device
Disconnecting ends the device's active session. The device can still sign in again with your login details.
Find the device and click the Disconnect icon (trash can).
Confirm.
To disconnect every device except the one you're using, click Disconnect All Devices at the bottom of the list.
âšď¸ If you disconnect the device you're using, you'll be signed out.
Block a device
Blocking ends the device's session and stops it from signing in again. If someone tries to sign in from a blocked device, the attempt is rejected and we email you.
Find the device and click the Block icon.
Approve the request with your Rise Security Key (passkey or password).
â ď¸ You can't block the device you're currently using, or a device on the same network (IP address) as you. If you see a warning when blocking, try again from a different network.
Unblock a device
If you blocked a device by mistake, click the Unblock icon next to it and approve with your Rise Security Key.
Recent Activities
This section lists every sign-in to your account. Each entry shows:
The browser and device used
The IP address
The date and time, and how long ago it happened
The country
The 10 most recent sign-ins appear first. Click Load More to see older ones, or Refresh to update the page.
Security emails
We'll email you when:
A new device signs in to your account. If you don't recognize it, click the link in the email to go straight to Device Management and disconnect it.
A blocked device tries to sign in. The attempt is rejected automatically.
âšď¸ A sign-in from a new country or operating system counts as a new device. Signing in from the same device on a different Wi-Fi network or VPN in the same country doesn't.
Don't recognize a device or sign-in?
Act right away:

Turn on multi-factor authentication (MFA) under Profile â Security: How to Enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) | Rise Help Center
Check your withdrawal accounts and remove any you don't recognize.
Change your email password, since your email is used to sign in to Rise.
Contact our Support team
â ď¸ Rise will never email you asking for your passkey, password, recovery code, or verification codes. Never share them with anyone.
