Note: This guide is for Payers and Account Admins only
Dashboard
Your main overview when you log in. At a glance, you can see everything that needs your attention — pending payments, team headcount, and recent activity.
Key Sections
Payment Obligations — Shows what's due in the next 2 weeks, broken down by next pay cycle, recurring payments, and outstanding invoices. If your balance can't cover what's owed, you'll see an Overdue – Pay Now alert here.
Team Summary — A quick count of your Employees, Contractors, AOR Contractors, open Invoices, and active Countries.
Quick Pay — Send a one-off payment to any payee without navigating to Payments. Select a payee, choose the currency, and confirm.
Recently Used Deposits — Your connected funding accounts for quick access. If none are connected, you'll be prompted to add one.
Action Items — Any pending tasks that require your attention (approvals, missing info, etc.). Shows "No pending tasks" when you're all clear.
Monthly Payment Activity — A running view of payment activity across employees and contractors.
⚠️ Important: If you see an Overdue – Pay Now status, fund your account immediately to avoid payment delays to your team.
Action Items
Your to-do list for running your account. This is where Rise surfaces anything that requires your direct attention.
Action Items include tasks such as approvals, missing team member information, and compliance requirements. When all tasks are resolved, the page shows "No Action Items," confirming there's nothing pending on your end.
💡 Tip: Check this page regularly to avoid delays in onboarding or payments. Action Items also appear as a widget on your main Dashboard for quick visibility.
Deposit
Where you add funds to your Rise account to cover payroll and payments via wire transfer.
How It Works
Deposit Currency — Select the currency to deposit from the left panel (CAD, CZK, EUR, GBP, MXN, USD, and more). Use Configure Currencies to manage which are active on your account.
Wire Transfer Instructions — Once you select a currency, Rise provides beneficiary bank account details. Each currency has its own dedicated account, so funds are credited without additional conversions.
Memo Code — A unique code generated for your account that must be included in the "memo" or "description" field of your wire. Use the Copy Code button to avoid typos.
Once Funds Arrive — Your account is credited automatically and any pending payments execute right away. You can also convert between currencies within the platform if needed.
For more information, please check: How to Fund Your Rise Account (Payers) | Rise Help Center
⚠️ Important: Always include your Memo Code when initiating a wire. Wires received without it may be delayed or returned with a penalty — it's the only way Rise can match incoming funds to your account.

Rise Earn
Put your idle funds to work by generating passive yield on your Rise balance.
Rise Earn allows you to convert your USD balance to USDC and automatically generate passive yield. It's a simple way to make your account balance work for you between pay cycles.
For setup instructions, visit the Rise Earn Help Center article.
Payroll
Your central hub for ensuring your team gets paid on time. The main purpose is to give you a clear answer to one question: Is my payroll funded and covered?
Payroll Dashboard
From here you can:
Check your total payroll obligation for the next 7 days (or a custom window) and instantly see if your current balance covers it
Monitor each payroll program (e.g. US EOR, UK EOR) individually to confirm all upcoming payments are covered
Visualize fund allocation across programs and currencies through the Cash Requirement Flow chart
Manage your funding — if a gap exists, use Make a Deposit, Transfer Balance, or Convert Funds to top up before the next cycle
If everything shows "Payroll Covered," no action is needed. If any program shows a shortfall, this page tells you exactly where and how much you need to add.
💡 Tip: Visit the Payroll Dashboard regularly before each pay cycle to avoid delays. Think of it as your payroll health check.
Payroll Settings
The Settings tab within Payroll lets you configure pay schedule rules and other payroll-specific options for your EOR programs.

Payments
The Payments section covers all outbound payment workflows — from one-off contractor payments to automated invoice processing.
7.1 Send Payment
Where you initiate direct payments to your contractors. The main purpose is to let you quickly select who to pay and choose how — one person at a time or everyone at once.
Individual Pay — Select a single contractor from the grid to send a one-off payment. Each card shows the contractor's name, verification status, and worker type.
Batch Pay — Pay multiple contractors in a single transaction, saving time when running a payment cycle.
Search & Filter — Find a contractor by name or email, or apply filters to narrow your list.
⚠️ Important: Only Verified contractors appear here and are eligible to receive payments. If a contractor is missing, check their onboarding and verification status under People.
For more details, see: Payment Types & Creating Payments on the New Rise.
7.2 Accounts Payable
Where you track and manage all outstanding invoices and scheduled payments owed to your contractors. The main purpose is to give you a clear view of what's due and when, so nothing gets missed.
Status Tabs — Filter payables by lifecycle stage:
Creating — Payables still being set up
Review — Awaiting your approval before processing
Scheduled — Approved and queued for a future date
Processing — Currently being executed
Complete — Successfully paid
Removed — Canceled or deleted payables
All — Full list across all statuses
Search — Look up a specific payable by name or details
Export — Download your accounts payable data for record-keeping or accounting purposes
💡 Tip: Keep an eye on the Review tab — any payables sitting there require your action before they can move forward and be paid out.
7.3 Auto Billpay
Where you automate recurring invoice payments. Auto Billpay eliminates manual processing by automatically paying invoices that match rules you configure, keeping your contractors paid without requiring you to approve each cycle individually.
💡 Tip: You can enable Auto Invoice Capture in Settings to have invoices emailed directly into Auto Billpay, removing the need for manual uploads entirely.
Account History
Your complete transaction log — a full audit trail of every financial movement in your account across all currencies.
Status Tabs
Completed — Successfully processed transactions
Pending — Transactions in progress
Failed — Transactions that didn't go through
Reverted — Transactions that were reversed
Transaction Table
Each row shows:
Date — Exact timestamp of the transaction
Entity — Who the transaction involved (a contractor or Rise Inc. for deposits)
Type — Payment, Deposit, or other transaction type
Description — Any notes attached to the transaction
Amount — Value and currency, with arrows indicating money in (↑) or out (↓)
Balance — Your account balance after that transaction
Tools
Search, Filter & Columns — Find a specific transaction, apply filters, or customize visible columns
Export — Download your full transaction history for accounting or reconciliation
💡 Tip: Use this page to verify deposits have been credited, confirm payments went through, or investigate any failed transactions.
Documents
Where you manage all contracts and formal documents associated with your account — organized, trackable, and ready for signature.
Documents tab — Lists all internal documents created within Rise. Each entry shows: Name, Created date, Document Lifecycle stage, Status (Draft / Pending / Signed), and Signers.
External Documents tab — Houses any documents created or uploaded outside Rise that are associated with your account.
Search & Filter — Find a specific document by title or filter by status, type, or other criteria.
💡 Tip: Documents in Draft status have not yet been sent for signature. Make sure all required signers have completed signing before considering a document finalized.
Subscriptions
Where you track your Rise platform billing — full visibility into what you're charged each month based on active contractors.
Current Total Monthly Fee — Shows your total fee for the active billing period at a glance.
Billing Period — Displays the current and upcoming billing periods so you can anticipate the next charge.
Fee Structure — Your subscription cost is based on active headcount:
$50.00 per active Contractor
$299.00 per active AOR (Agent of Record) Contractor
Billing History Table — Month-by-month breakdown with date range, status (Upcoming / Current / Paid), and total fee.
Contact Sales — Reach out directly to discuss your plan or pricing.
💡 Tip: Your monthly fee adjusts automatically based on active headcount at the time of billing. Deactivating contractors before the next period begins will reduce your charge.
Webhooks
Where you connect Rise to your own systems by setting up real-time event notifications for your technical team.
Account Endpoints — Lists all configured webhook URLs. When empty, no external systems are receiving Rise events yet.
Delivery History — Once an endpoint is set up, it shows a log of every event delivery attempt and its outcome — useful for debugging.
Adding an Endpoint
Version — Choose V2 (recommended) or V1 (legacy)
Endpoint URL — The destination URL that will receive event payloads
Name & Description — Optional labels for your own reference
Secret — A security key (min 16 characters) to verify requests are genuinely from Rise
Events — Select which account events trigger a notification:
payment.group.created
deposit.received
invite.accepted / invite.expired / invite.rejected
withdraw_account.duplicated_detected
Active toggle — Enable or disable the endpoint without deleting it
🛠️ Note: This section is intended for technical users or developers. If you're not sure whether you need webhooks, check with your engineering team.
Settings
Where Account Admins configure the account's core behavior, integrations, and identity.
Account Details — Update your account's display name and avatar, which appear across the platform.
Withdraw Fee Coverage — Choose whether your account covers withdrawal fees on behalf of contributors. Can be applied to all or select users. Shows how many are currently covered (e.g., 0/4).
Payments — Enable Daily Pay — Toggle Daily Pay on or off. Disabling it changes when employees can access their pay but does not affect payroll funding or cash requirements.
Rise Account — Displays your account's on-chain wallet address for reference and verification.
Delegate Wallets — Add external wallets authorized to execute API transactions on behalf of your account. System Rise addresses are hidden by default to prevent accidental changes.
Accounting — Auto Invoice Capture — Activate a unique Rise email address for your account. Invoices sent to that address are automatically captured and processed into Auto Bill Pay, removing manual entry.
🛠️ Note: Delegate Wallets and Auto Invoice Capture are most relevant for teams using the Rise API or automating invoice workflows.
