Step 1: Access the Registration Page
To kick off your business setup, navigate to the web platform:
Go to our onboarding page and select Sign Up at the bottom of the login interface.
When prompted, select the option to Send Payments to establish your profile as a business Payer.
Step 2: Choose Your Account Type
Once you click Sign Up, the platform will ask whether you want to send or receive payments.
Select the option to Send Payments to establish your profile as a business Payer.
Step 3: Agree to Terms & Provide Business Data (KYB)
Thoroughly read and agree to Rise's User Agreements.
Our system will collect personal and business data as part of our KYB (Know Your Business) process to comply with financial regulations and safeguard your transfers.
Provide the requested information and upload your official corporate files, including:
Personal Information of the account administrator.
Business Information (Legal entity name, business address, etc.).
Corporate Documents (e.g., Articles of Incorporation, Proof of Tax ID, and any other requested files).
⚠️ Pro-Tip: Please provide every single requested document during this stage to ensure the smoothest, fastest possible onboarding experience.
Step 4: Compliance Review & Email Follow-Up
Once you click submit, your documentation goes into the queue:
Our internal compliance team will thoroughly review your files.
Keep a close track of your email inbox during this window. The team will contact you directly if any documents are missing, blurry, or if more details are required to clear your business profile.
Step 5: Create Your RiseID & Secure Passkey
As soon as your account receives compliance approval, you will be prompted to finalize your cryptographic security layer:
Set up your Passkey on your device. This Passkey will serve as your primary secure authentication and digital signing tool for approving high-volume payroll transactions moving forward.
Create your unique RiseID
Step 6: Access Active Dashboard
Once your RiseID is created, your account is fully active! You can instantly access your dashboard, connect funding methods, and begin inviting and paying your global contractors or employees.
