You may want to add a mobile passkey to your account. This will allow you to access your account and complete withdrawals from your mobile device, or even use your mobile device to access your account on your computer.
To add a mobile passkey, start by going to your profile.
You can find your profile on the main screen or by clicking your profile image in the top right of the screen.
Once in your profile, select 'Security' on the left-hand menu.
In the security page, find the Mobile Passkey section and select 'Register Mobile'
Select continue, and you will be given a unique QR code.
Scan this with your phone by opening your camera app and pointing it at the QR code. A link will automatically appear within your camera. Click on the link and follow the steps on your phone to create your mobile passkey.
Once you've completed the steps on your mobile device, you will be asked to verify your Passkey one more time in the Rise website. This time, you'll have the option to use your browser or mobile passkey. Select either one.
Rise will then connect the new passkey to your account, and you are all set! You now have a mobile passkey registered to your Rise account.
