Start by capturing a clear and recent selfie using your smartphone or a webcam connected to your computer. This selfie will be cross-referenced with the documents you provide in the subsequent steps, adding an extra layer of security.

Please note that the availability of certain documents may vary depending on your country. During the identity verification process, our system will guide you on the accepted options for your region.
You can either upload your document or submit a photo of it. Please note that your photo identification should be a picture of the physical photo identification document. We cannot accept a picture of a picture or a specimen of your photo identification. Furthermore, you should ensure that you're in a well-lit space on both sides and all four corners of the document are visible.
The lack of compliance with one of these instructions will cause delays in your verification and possibly rejection.
Smooth Approval Process
Our AI system works diligently to review the information you've provided. If, for any reason, your document or selfie requires further examination, our team will manually assess the situation. We may request additional documents if needed. Once your information is verified and accurate, you'll be approved to proceed with the onboarding process.
