How to open the Address tab
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner and select My Profile.
Select Address from the left-hand menu.
On the left, you'll see your profile card with your name, verification status, Rise ID, email, and country. On the right, you'll see your Address Details.
Address fields
Field | Required | Example |
Address 1 | Yes | 500 Cedar St |
Address 2 | No | Apt 1 |
City | Yes | Phoenix |
State | Yes | AZ |
ZIP | Yes | 85001 |
Update your address
Go to My Profile → Address.
Edit the fields you want to change.
Click Save to confirm your changes.
Tips for entering your address:
Use Latin characters only (A–Z, 0–9). Special characters like º, ñ, or ü may cause errors when adding a bank account or withdrawing. For example, enter "3rd" or "3" instead of "3º".
Put your street name and number in Address 1, and apartment, suite, or floor details in Address 2.
Make sure your address matches your proof of address documents.
Moved to a different country?
You can't change your country from the Address tab. A country change requires a new identity verification to confirm your residency.
To update your country, contact our Support team. Our Compliance team will review your request and may ask for:
A valid ID
A proof of address from your new country (IDs aren't accepted as proof of address)
⚠️ Your withdrawal options depend on your country and address. If your address doesn't match your registered country, some withdrawal options may not be available until your details are updated.
Will my agreements update automatically?
No. Updating your address doesn't change agreements you've already signed, like your Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Professional Services Agreement (PSA). If you need your agreements to show your new address, contact our Support team.
Your tax forms
If you're a contractor eligible for tax forms, your W-9 or W-8BEN tax form uses the address on file. If you move to the United States, you may be asked to complete a new tax form. Moving within the same country or between two non-US countries doesn't require a new W-8BEN.
