How to Enable Withdrawal Fee Coverage

Understanding the Coverage

When this feature is toggled ON, you cover the standard Rise withdrawal fees associated with the contractor’s chosen method. Please note that external bank fees or country-specific intermediary fees are not covered by this feature and remain separate from Rise.

Current Fee Schedule (Covered by Payer):

  • Domestic USD | Free |

  • International USD | $20 per withdrawal |

  • Local Currencies | $10 per withdrawal | |

  • L2 Crypto (Arbitrum) | Free |

  • | L1 Crypto (Ethereum) | Estimated Gas Fees + $2.50 |


How to Enable Fee Coverage

Follow these steps within your Rise v2 dashboard to manage coverage for your team members:

Option 1: Team Workspace

  1. Navigate to Workspace: Go to your Team Workspace level.

  2. Access Team Settings: Select the Team option from the menu.

  3. Locate the Agent: You can find specific team members in two ways:

    • List View: Click the three dots next to the agent's name (you may need to scroll right or zoom out to see this).

    • Card View: Click the three dots above the member's name and select "View" to open their individual profile card.

  4. Toggle Coverage: Look for the Coverage Fee option. Toggle this to ON.

Once enabled, this team member will no longer be charged Rise fees when they transfer funds; the cost will be billed to your account instead.

Option 2: Organization Level (Bulk Selection)

If you are the Organization Owner, you can manage multiple users at once:

  1. Organization Workspace: Navigate to your Organization Workspace.

  2. Team Options: Find the Team menu and select Organization Teams.

  3. Edit Team Details: Look for the ">" icon at the end of the team options and click it to edit the details for that specific team.


Bulk Coverage: Locate the Withdrawal Fee Coverage section and click "Select Users."

  1. Manage Selection: Simply click individual users to add them to the coverage list. If you make a mistake, you can click them again to remove them.

  2. Save Changes: Click the Save button in the top right corner to apply your changes.
