Because Rise requires you to authorize the addition of any new passkey using a passkey you've already registered, you'll start this process on the device where your existing passkey is authorized (for example, your desktop), and use your phone partway through to complete the mobile setup.
Go to your profile. You can find your profile on the main screen or by clicking your profile image in the top-right corner.
Select "Security" from the left-hand menu.
Find the Mobile Passkey section and select "Register Mobile."
Select "Get Started" after reading the instructions
You'll be asked to verify your identity with your current security method before adding your mobile passkey
Depending on your device, you might see a screen similar to this:
Make sure to connect the passkey you already have and use for your Rise account.
Do not select "use a phone, tablet, or security key" at this step if your main passkey is stored in your desktop or a password manager.
Click "Continue," and the QR code pop-up will appear.
Scan the QR code with your desired device and follow the steps on-screen to create and save the new mobile passkey on that device
You are all set!
Rise will link the new passkey to your account, and you'll be able to use your mobile device to verify your identity and authorize actions.
