Managing Your Currencies: Preferences & Conversions

Tailoring your dashboard to your specific financial workflow makes managing global payments significantly more efficient. This guide covers how to customize your visible currencies and how to execute seamless fiat currency conversions

Customizing Your Currency Dashboard

By default, the platform displays all supported fiat and cryptocurrency options. If your team only operates in a few specific regions, you can reduce clutter by configuring your “Currency Preferences.”



How to Access

  • Navigate to the Deposit page.

  • Click the Configure Currencies button located above the sidebar.

  • Select or deselect the currencies you wish to see.

User Configuration vs. System Defaults

The platform uses "Smart Defaults" to ensure you always see what matters most, but you can take full control at any time.

  • System-Managed Mode: If you haven't manually changed your settings, the system automatically displays your workspace’s main currency plus any currency where you hold an active balance.

  • User-Configured Mode: Once you manually select currencies and click Apply, your selection is "locked." The system will no longer automatically add new currencies, even if you receive a balance in one.

  • Resetting: Click the Reset to Defaults icon (the circular arrow) to clear your manual lock and return to system-managed updates.

Note: You must have at least one currency selected at all times. Currency preferences are stored in your browser's localStorage, meaning your settings are specific to the device and browser you are currently using.
