Start Your Journey
Begin by clicking on the "Sign-in" button.
First time in a Different Device
When signing in to a different device, you may be prompted to approve the sign-in. You will be shown an image for verification purposes. However, if you have already signed in before on that device, you can skip the approval process and proceed to the "Verify Your Identity" step.
You'll then receive an email to approve that device.
After you click "Approve this login," you can continue to the "Verify Your Identity" step.
Verify Your Identity
Once you return to the original Rise tab, a pop-up window will appear, displaying a unique combination of three numbers.
Check Your Email
Open your email inbox and watch for a message with the subject "Login."
Unlock the Door
You'll find a "Log in to Rise" button in the email. Click on it to open a new tab.
Enter the Combination
In the new tab, you'll be prompted to enter the combination of numbers you received earlier.
Seal the Deal
After entering the numbers, return to the original tab where you clicked "Sign-in." Wait for the loading process, and you'll gain access to your account.
