At Rise, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. If you have any concerns or complaints regarding our products or services, please rest assured that we take these matters seriously and will do our utmost to address them promptly and effectively.

If you are a Rise Customer

Please visit the sign-in page and log into your account. You can start a conversation by clicking the button located at the bottom right corner of your screen. Our system will create a ticket, which our Customer Support team will review and provide you with a solution as soon as possible. Depending on the technical nature of your issue, our final resolution time can be between 2 to 7 business days.

If you are a legal authority or a regulatory entity

There are two options for how we can receive a complaint from legal or regulatory authorities:
