Instructions on adding your preferred wallet to perform withdrawals.

Updated over a week ago

Congrats! If you're reading this, it means you are ready to get paid by your client on Rise or have already gotten paid. If you'd like to withdraw your Rise Balance to an external digital wallet, here are the steps:

Important Note: Ensure the Wallet you're adding is enabled on the Arbitrum Network. The USDC you will withdraw will be on Arbitrum.

Connecting the owner's wallet

First, you need to connect your owner wallet (or a delegate) if it's a web3 wallet using the "Connect Wallet" button. You'll be prompted to enter later if you have a Rise Security Key (password) as the owner.

Adding the external account

Navigate to the Withdraw page and select Blockchain Wallet:

Select the network from which you wish to withdraw and the asset.

Enter the wallet provider name or the CEX name and the respective address:

After clicking on the "Add wallet", you'll be prompted to enter the password if you have an RSK as the owner of your account.

Success! You just added a crypto account, and now you can perform withdrawals to it.
