Step 1: Switch to the Team View
By default, you may be in the "Organization" view. You need to switch to the specific Team where the member is located.
Navigate to the bottom-left corner of your dashboard.
Click the toggle to switch from Organization to Team Level (e.g., "Contractor Team").
Step 2: Access the Team Tab
Once you are in the correct Team dashboard:
Locate the sidebar menu on the left.
Click on the Team tab.
Step 3: Remove the Member
Depending on your display settings, your team members will appear in either Card View or List View. Follow the instructions below for your current view:
Option A: If using Card View (Grid)
Locate the team member you wish to remove.
Click the three dots (...) icon located on the top right corner of their profile photo card.
Select the option to remove the member from the dropdown menu.
Option B: If using List View
Locate the team member's name in the list row.
Follow the line to the far right side of the screen.
Click the action icon (three dots) at the end of the row to access the removal option.
