We’ve expanded our global coverage with the release of EOR payroll support for Greece, Cyprus, and Ireland, enabling seamless onboarding, compliance, and payroll processing for employees in these regions.

We’re excited to introduce the new Paid Time Off (PTO) management feature, enabling teams to request, track, and manage time off directly within the platform. This release provides clearer visibility into leave balances, streamlined approvals, and improved workforce planning.

Admins can now add completely new users—those who do not yet exist in the Rise platform—directly into their team’s payroll through the Single Sign-On flow. Upon submitting the form, an invitation link is automatically sent to the user’s email. The user will appear in payroll as inactive until they sign up and complete onboarding, ensuring a smooth and seamless entry into the payroll system.

Withdrawal cards now provide clearer and more accurate currency information by displaying the balance currency, showing only currencies in which the user has an available balance, and presenting both the withdrawal and receiving currencies for improved transparency.

Administrators can now disable withdrawals at the moment a withdrawal request is submitted, not only during external account setup—providing better control and preventing unwanted transactions.

The system now recommends accounts where the user either holds a balance or, if there are no balances, recommends accounts matching the user’s default currency for a more intuitive selection experience.

Users can now update their profile picture directly from the My Profile page for easier personalization.

A help article link has been added to the onboarding step where users choose between Individual or Registered Business, offering better guidance and improved clarity.

Fixed an issue where users were unable to withdraw USD if their main currency balance was zero, even when they had available USD balance.

Corrected an issue where USDT withdrawals, statuses now update accurately based on true processing progress.

Domestic withdrawals no longer accept mismatched currency pairs, ensuring proper compliance with currency rules.

Resolved a UI issue in invoice PDFs where description text overlapped with the payment reason, improving document readability.
