Updated this week

V2

โœจNew Features

  • Added domain validation for invites โ€” contractors and employees can no longer be invited using company domain emails to ensure continued access post-termination, while team leads invited with external domains will trigger a warning prompt for confirmation.

  • Enabled Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to enhance account security and provide additional protection during sign-in.

๐Ÿ› ๏ธImprovements

  • Improved sorting logic in Payer View โ†’ Payments โ†’ Accounts Payable by ordering payment submissions in descending order based on created or pay date, with unpaid items shown at the top for better visibility.

  • Updated Team page behavior so that clicking on a row now redirects to the Contractor Profile page instead of the Pay page.

  • Disabled the "Upload Receipt" option and "Send Invoices" button while a receipt is uploading during invoice creation to prevent multiple submissions.

  • Added search functionality to the Batch Pay screen as an alternative to CSV upload, and enabled support for creating Pay Intents in addition to instant payments.

  • Enhanced termination logic to allow only contractors with no pending payments (intents or scheduled) to be terminated. Additionally, terminated employees or contractors are now excluded from the Teams page and the Org dashboard summary to maintain accurate active team visibility.

  • Improved Cash Requirements (CR) calculation by excluding Team Payroll balance, as payment balances are now reversed at the end of each pay cycle; CR now reflects only the current team balance and total requirement for the upcoming cycle.

  • Enforced a maximum file size limit on signed URL uploads to prevent oversized uploads and improve resource usage control.

  • Added identifiers for cross-chain deposits and withdrawals to support improved fee tracking, compliance, and traceability of withdrawal destinations.

๐Ÿ› Bug Fixes

  • Resolved issue on the Payroll Dashboard where incorrect details (e.g., Pay Cycle and Cash Requirement deposit) were displayed by default after setup; data now loads accurately without requiring a manual refresh.

  • Fixed issue where Org-level Administrators were unable to use the Edit Roles functionality.

  • Resolved issue where downloaded PDFs displayed overlapping signature and address fields, ensuring proper formatting and readability.

  • Updated system to ensure that any changes to employee details in payroll are automatically reflected in the employment agreement, keeping it aligned with the latest terms and conditions.
