Tips for Identifying Fraudulent Emails:
Fake email address: We will only contact you from an @riseworks.io email address or within the platform via live chat. If you receive an email from any other domain, it is likely not us contacting you.
Check links: Hover over links (do not click) to check if the sender's address changes. If the sender's address changes, it is likely a fraudulent link.
If someone is requesting private data, payment details, or personal information from a suspicious email domain, please contact us directly by logging into your Rise account and using our live chat or by emailing us at hello@riseworks.io.
